The Watcher
The Watcher, a character made for my animation "Spider's Web". He serves as the main villain for this short as he overlooks the clandestine facility in which the main character, Mapi, works. This guy doesn't want to let anything or anyone out of the facility so it will do anything to keep all secrets inside, even destroy robots.
